Ideally located at 23 rue Jean-Joseph Méro (and at 13 rue Commandant André for the Suite Croisette), Casa d’Azur is just 5 minutes from the Palais des Festivals and a 10-minute walk from La Croisette and the beach.
Entirely redesigned in October 2025, every suite and room combines contemporary elegance with Riviera charm. Each unit features premium king-size bedding, a fully equipped kitchenette, a warm and cozy atmosphere, and original artworks created by local artisans from the Côte d’Azur.
Our building is one of the rare gems of the old town, featuring marble interiors and a brand-new elevator serving all floors.
Casa d’Azur also offers specialty coffees, breakfasts, and freshly squeezed juices, as an additional service, at Café La Bohème, located on the ground floor.

Location description
The apartment is very close to the center of Cannes and very easy to find. Once settled in, it is possible to get around entirely on foot, without needing a car.
The Marché Forville, located near Rue Meynadier and rich in local products from Provence, is just 150 m (a 2-minute walk) away.
Le Suquet, the historic district of Cannes, is accessible in 6 minutes on foot (400 m) and offers charming medieval streets, numerous typical restaurants, and an exceptional view of the Bay of Cannes and the Lérins Islands.
Rue d’Antibes is 500 m (a 7-minute walk) away. The Palais des Festivals is located 400 m (a 5-minute walk) away, and La Croisette, the iconic boulevard lined with beaches, luxury boutiques, and gourmet restaurants, is accessible in 10 minutes on foot (500 m).
