Completely redesigned in October 2025, each unit features premium king-size bedding, a fully equipped kitchenette, and original artworks created by local artisans.
Casa d’Azur offers specialty coffees, breakfasts, and freshly pressed juices at Café La Bohème (ground floor).

The apartment is very close to central Cannes and very easy to find. Once settled in, it is possible to get around entirely on foot, without needing a car.
The Marché Forville, located near Rue Meynadier, rich in local produce grown by Provençal market gardeners, is just 150 m away (2 minutes’ walk).
Le Suquet, the historic district of Cannes, captivates with its medieval streets, traditional restaurants, and exceptional views over the Bay of Cannes and the Lérins Islands, accessible in 6 minutes’ walk (400 m).
Rue d’Antibes, a lively shopping street combining boutiques, designer brands, and local shops, is located 500 m away (7 minutes’ walk).
