Recently renovated, this duplex suite is located on the 3rd floor of a traditional Cannes building and is distinguished by its cathedral living room with very high ceilings.
It includes two separate bedrooms, each equipped with a king-size bed (180 × 200) and its own private bathroom.

The apartment is very close to the center of Cannes and very easy to find. Once settled in, it is possible to get around entirely on foot, without needing a car.
The Marché Forville, located near Rue Meynadier, rich in local Provençal products, is just 150 m away (2 minutes’ walk).
Le Suquet, the historic district of Cannes, is accessible in 6 minutes’ walk (400 m) and offers charming medieval streets, numerous traditional restaurants, and an exceptional view of the Bay of Cannes and the Lérins Islands.
